Ms. Hulya Erol added great value to our ancient Turkish cuisine culture which has a history of thousands of years, and all the traditions of our culture. It was decided for her to be awarded with a medal of merit for her services with the decision statement no: 30 and dated August 26, 2021.
Along with this medal of merit, Ms. Hulya Erol was given the title of "Mother of Turkish Cuisine" by the WORLD TURKISH CUISINE ACADEMY all over the world.
