Konu: 7 – 15 Ocak Türk Mutfağının Efsane ve Duayen Şeflerini Anma Haftasına Dahil Edilenler Hakkında
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin Kurucusu Gazi Mareşal Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün aşçılığı görevlerini yapmış olarak aktardıkları hatıratlarıyla Atatürk’ün mutfağına dair bazı bilgileri günümüze kadar ulaştırmış olan Mehmet Yücel, Kemal Erten, Halit Atay isimlerinin Türk mutfağının tüm dünyadaki en önemli ve en anlamlı haftası olan Türk Mutfağının Efsane ve Duayen Şeflerini Anma Haftasına eklenmesine karar verilmiştir.

Subject: About Those Who Included in the Week of Commemoration of Legendary Chefs of Turkish Cuisine, January 7 - 15
Mehmet Yücel, Kemal Erten and Halit Atay who served as the cooks of Gazi Marshal Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the Founder of the Republic of Turkiye, chefs who have brought information about Atatürk's cuisine to this day with their memoirs, it has been decided to include them in the Week of Commemoration of Legendary Chefs of Turkish Cuisine which is the most important and meaningful week of Turkish cuisine in the world.
