WORLD TURKİSH CUİSİNE HERİTAGE LİST ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT ATATURK'S KİTCHEN
Ataturk’s Kitchen Book has been approved as a historical work of art. Atatürk’s Kitchen book by Murat Bardakci has been added to the World Turkish Cuisine Heritage List.
The following statements are included in the relevant document: "Atatürk’s Kitchen Book (Author: Murat Bardakci) has been inscribed on the World Turkish Cuisine Heritage List. İnscription of this List confirms the unique and universal value of a cultural-historical artwork which requires protection for the benefit of Turkish Cuisine and its Chefs. (Date of İnscription: July 01, 2022)
